We are pleased to inform you that, on November 4, 2025, VIMER S.r.l. amended its bylaws to
comply with the regulations for "Benefit Corporations," thereby formally committing to
operate for the Common Good of people, communities, territories, and the environment.

With this transformation into a Benefit Corporation we aim to strengthen the values that have
always distinguished us, following a Responsible, Sustainable, and Transparent approach.

Our company name will therefore change from VIMER S.r.l. to VIMER S.r.l. Società Benefit,
or in short, VIMER S.r.l. SB.
